Training

At Excellent Chefs, training is offered to potential chefs that will span a variety of skills and concepts which reflect current industry demands, and equip hospitality staff with the tools needed to build and sustain rewarding careers in the challenging food service industry. Training such as basic and advanced cooking techniques, food safety and hygiene, wine/food pairing, knife techniques, food starter techniques, kitchen management, menu planning, are just very few of the varied selection of training.
